Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Accelerated Intelligence Inc. (“Accelerated Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for any service, you (“you” or “the client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not engage our services.

2. Services

Accelerated Intelligence provides full-service Amazon growth, advertising, creative, search, catalog operations, and marketplace management services. The specific scope of work for each engagement is defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

3. Price Match Guarantee

We will beat any legitimate competing agency proposal for comparable services, at our discretion. The competing proposal must be current, in writing, and for services materially comparable to those we propose. This guarantee applies to the proposed monthly management fee and does not cover advertising spend, third-party tool costs, or one-time project fees.

4. Fees and Payment

Full-service Amazon management starts at $995/month. Actual fees depend on the scope of work agreed in your service agreement. Invoices are due per the terms stated in that agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to your Amazon Seller or Vendor account, advertising budgets, and brand assets as needed for us to perform the work. Delays in providing access or approvals may affect results and timelines.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Amazon is a dynamic marketplace. While we apply extensive experience and the latest AI and large language models to accelerate growth, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, sales figures, advertising performance, or marketplace outcomes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement, including sales data, advertising performance, product information, and business strategy.

8. Intellectual Property

Creative assets, copy, and deliverables produced specifically for your brand are transferred to you upon full payment. Our methodologies, tools, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Accelerated Intelligence.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement per the notice period in your service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in that agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accelerated Intelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost rankings, or suspended accounts arising from marketplace actions outside our control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Accelerated Intelligence Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the “last updated” date below reflects the most recent revision.
